The Dance Camp welcomes public performances for students to develop practical life skills in building confidence, adjusting to different venues, managing personal anxiety while working under pressure, and increasing their personal sense of accomplishment. Through invitations for community events, to intimate gatherings to display their class works, Dance Camp students learn the value of preparation, collaboration and deliverance by working as a group to display quality work, a roadmap they can apply in any area of life outside of the studio.
All students participate in an annual studio showcase in June. Our shows consists of dance works to music selections that range from Broadway to Gospel, with themes that speak to inspire, incite praise, and evoke social change through entertainment. With the support of parents who are actively involved in their child's development, our studio collectively engages in a dress rehearsal the day before the showcase, to sketch the order of performances and technical operations, a necessary requirement for all students to attend, to secure a successful showcase.
As with any event, the dress rehearsal leads to an exciting culmination of months of hard work where the sense of accomplishment for students is immeasurable! We welcome invites to perform for public and private events. Please direct all invites to our office at ph#716-881-5474.
